New Blinkies and Banner for Simply You Simply Me Designs

I had the pleasure over the past week or so to work with Dawn Davis of Simply You, Simply Me Designs on her new banner and blinkies. I had fun playing with elements and papers from several of her awesome kits, and together we came up with what I think are some pretty sweet little graphics. Shades of Autumn from Designs by Sweet Mesquite

It's been a while since I scrapped a page (fickle, fickle scrap mojo), but I thought Shades of Autumn from Designs by Sweet Mesquite was the perfect way to dive back in. Filled with rich, warm elements and tons of lushly textured papers, it's brilliant for scrapping those gorgeous fall days. Be sure to stop by the DSM store at Digiridoo Scraps or Polka Dot Plum and pick it up!

For a little inspiration, here is a layout I created with this beautiful kit. Fall is my favorite time of year, so I had lots of pics to choose from, but these ones of the fam at the museum grounds are my faves!

As I mentioned in a previous post, Laura at C.W. Picket and Company has asked me to join her CT and I'm delighted to join the team! For my first LO as part of her team, I got to play with her brand new kit, Flea Market Finds. It's an awesome kit with a bit of an antique, weathered, well...flea market feel! Designs by Sweet Mesquite has just released another awesome template pack. This one is called Inspired by My Girlies and it was, as the name suggests, inspired by the designer's friends (and mine) Joelle and Michaela. I had the chance this week to work on two new blinkies for Laura at C.W. Picket and Company. I had a blast working with her awesome kit Afternoon Hush, and coming up with these blinks. And even better, she's asked me to join her CT! I'm delighted to be asked, and can't wait to play some more with her awesome kits.

I told you last week that Designs by Sweet Mesquite had release a new template pack. Well, this week I finally got a chance to play with them, and they are fantastic! Here are the LOs I've created so far.

The creative genius at the helm of Daphadilly Art has been on a roll in the last few weeks! I'm delighted to tell you about another new kit from DA. It's called Rocked Candy and it's an awesome tribute to everything rock & roll! I am loving this kit, and I even got the chance to make new blinkies for DA with it. Be sure to get over to either Digi Scraps Drive-In or Digital Scrap Ink to check it out!

New kit from Daphadilly Art!

Okay, this kit was actually released about a week ago and I failed to post it! Daphadilly Art recently released a sweet new kit called Firefly. It's available at Digital Scrap Ink exclusively until July 6th. So be sure to head over there and check it out!

Here's a preview of the kit, plus a LO I made with it. I chose some of the more boyish elements for this LO featuring my little man...as you can see, this kit is super versatile!

 

New release from DSM...Just Simply Sarah templates!

I've been loving playing with Designs by Sweet Mesquite's template packs, specifically All Clustered Up and Got the Wiggles. And this week, another template pack hit the shelves in the DSM store at Digital Scrap Ink...Just Simply Sarah. This pack is inspired by the designer's friend Sarah, and holds plenty of inspiration for us too! Head over to the DSM store to check it out. I promise to post some LOs here when I get a chance to play with these awesome templates.

Another new LO using Got the Wiggles and Messy Girl from DSM

I'm loving playing with Designs by Sweet Mesquite's template packs. Here is another LO using a template from the Got the Wiggles pack. I used the Messy Girl collab for this one, and I think it perfectly complements the pic of my sweet little messy girl.

And while we're talking templates, Designs by Sweet Mesquite has just release a new template pack called Just Simply Sarah. It was inspired by a good friend of the designer, and it should provide you with plenty of inspiration too!

I just finished this LO that I created using Designs by Sweet Mesquite's Got the Wiggles template pack. I love the wavy bits!

The kit I used is Garden of Love by MDesigns.

Here is another LO I created using Designs by Sweet Mesquite's All Clustered Up templates. This one uses elements and papers from the Playtime Boy kit, a collab with Designs by Hazel.

Here are a couple of LOs I created with templates from Designs by Sweet Mesquite. These two are from the All Clustered Up pack.

The first is created with Designs by Sweet Mesquite and Designs by Hazel's Playtime Boy collab. Perfect for scrapping all your little boy moments. The second LO is created with the Pink=Power charity collab kit from Shabby Pickle. All the proceeds from the sale of this kit go to Susan G. Komen for the cure, and it's super cute!
