New Blinkies and Banner for Simply You Simply Me Designs

I had the pleasure over the past week or so to work with Dawn Davis of Simply You, Simply Me Designs on her new banner and blinkies. I had fun playing with elements and papers from several of her awesome kits, and together we came up with what I think are some pretty sweet little graphics. Shades of Autumn from Designs by Sweet Mesquite

It's been a while since I scrapped a page (fickle, fickle scrap mojo), but I thought Shades of Autumn from Designs by Sweet Mesquite was the perfect way to dive back in. Filled with rich, warm elements and tons of lushly textured papers, it's brilliant for scrapping those gorgeous fall days. Be sure to stop by the DSM store at Digiridoo Scraps or Polka Dot Plum and pick it up!

For a little inspiration, here is a layout I created with this beautiful kit. Fall is my favorite time of year, so I had lots of pics to choose from, but these ones of the fam at the museum grounds are my faves!

As I mentioned in a previous post, Laura at C.W. Picket and Company has asked me to join her CT and I'm delighted to join the team! Designs by Sweet Mesquite has just released another awesome template pack. This one is called Inspired by My Girlies and it was, as the name suggests, inspired by the designer's friends (and mine) Joelle and Michaela. I had the chance this week to work on two new blinkies for Laura at C.W. Picket and Company. I had a blast working with her awesome kit Afternoon Hush, and coming up with these blinks. And even better, she's asked me to join her CT! I'm delighted to be asked, and can't wait to play some more with her awesome kits.
